We’re currently seeking a warm, professional, and highly organised individual to join our team as a casual. This is not your average reception role, it’s fast-paced, dynamic, and incredibly rewarding. As part of a 24-hour specialist and emergency hospital, you’ll work across rotating roster, where no two days are ever the same. Currently, our Client Services department operates between 7:00 am to 10:00 pm , with a view to extend to 24 hours towards the end of the year. Key Responsibilities Welcoming clients and managing the flow of the waiting room Handling a high-volume email inbox and telephone calls with efficiency and care Booking and coordinating appointments both in person and over the phone Acting as a key liaison between clients and our clinical teams Processing payments via cash, EFTPOS, and other methods Requesting and following up on results, samples, and documentation from third parties Assisting clients with insurance claim processing About You This is a challenging role—not for the faint-hearted. We’re looking for someone who brings energy, empathy, and professionalism to every interaction.
