As we continue to grow, we're looking for a confident and capable Customer Experience Specialist to join our team and help us deliver thoughtful, polished, and consistent support across every touchpoint. What You'll Do: Be the first point of contact for customers across email, social media and community. Provide personalised shade support and product guidance. Resolve customer concerns with warmth, clarity and professionalism. Process customer orders and returns efficiently and proactively. Maintain accurate records across our systems. Identify patterns or recurring issues and suggest improvements. Support launch periods and busy campaigns with calm efficiency. Contribute ideas that elevate the Breeze Balm customer experience. About You: Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude! Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Ability to work effectively within a team and autonomously. Thrives in a fast-paced environment. A keen eye for detail and great time management. Is reliable, proactive and solutions-focused. CX or Sales experience is a bonus. Proficient computer skills, you will need to use systems in place for CX. Must have valid working rights in Australia with no restrictions. Location: This role is based in Molendinar, Gold Coast, with a potential future rostered schedule (Tuesday - Saturday).
