The ideal candidate should possess a customer-first approach, attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the capability to work in a team environment. As a valued team member of Midas Cockburn Tyre & Auto Service, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain various vehicles, ensuring quality work and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose mechanical issues on a range of vehicles. • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake inspections. • Efficiently repair and service engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and other automotive components. • Communicate with customers to explain repairs and provide accurate estimates for the cost and time needed for repairs. • Utilise diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify and resolve mechanical problems. • Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
