You will be part of an innovative team, working closely with our Practice Manager to support our accounting staff and deliver an excellent client experience. Qualifications & experience Previous administration experience in an accounting firm is desirable Team player with a sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction Professional, positive and proactive work ethic, with the ability to take initiative High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent computer skills, with experience using Microsoft Office programs Tasks & responsibilities Manage monthly workflow processes for scheduled jobs Send checklists to clients and follow up outstanding workpapers Coordinate the setup of new companies and trusts Assist with client onboarding Maintain ASIC database, including managing ASIC fees Review and follow up outstanding client signatures to ensure ATO obligations are met General administration duties, including answering the phone, scanning, preparing petters, following up debtors and ATO tasks
