About the Role Summit Homes Group is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our New Homes Construction team. You will play a key role overseeing construction across multiple residential sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will work closely with a team of skilled tradespeople and supervisors to coordinate all aspects of residential construction, including foundations, framing, fit-outs, and finishing works. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Supervising site teams and subcontractors. Monitoring progress, quality, and safety compliance. Resolving on-site issues and managing competing priorities. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and mentoring your team. This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role where your proactive approach, strong communication, and commitment to safety and quality will directly impact the success of our projects. About You To succeed in this role, you will have: Proven experience supervising construction teams and subcontractors in residential building projects. Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and standards. Sound understanding of WHS legislation and the ability to maintain safe work practices on-site. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and engineering plans. Excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, solutions-focused approach and attention to detail. A commitment to high-quality workmanship and mentoring your team by leading by example. Trade qualifications or a Diploma in Building and Construction are highly regarded.
