In this role you will be responsible for carrying out general maintenance, service and testing of high pressure equipment such as SCUBA and Diving Equipment, Pumps, Breathing Apparatus, Valves, Regulators, Compressors and similar systems on a day to day basis. Moderate lifting capability is required for handling high pressure equipment safely and effectively. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, mechanically minded, keen to learn and work in a customer focused service environment. High attention to detail is essential. A minimum of 1-2 years mechanical experience is required for this technician role. Australian citizenship is required for this position. Duties include; Overhaul, repair and testing of customer equipment. Survey and routine maintenance of customer equipment. Build, assembly and testing of new equipment. Other general workshop tasks as required. On the job training and third party endorsed training will be provided.
