We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Processing Officer to join our Engineering & Planning Services team in Canning Vale. This role plays a critical part in ensuring every job is fully validated and production-ready before it enters the operational schedule. Acting as the link between Sales, Drafting, Planning, Procurement, and Operations, you will ensure work is released accurately, efficiently, and in line with client and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities Act as the readiness gatekeeper before jobs are released to production Validate orders against approved quotes, specifications, and scope Ensure BOMs, routings, drawings, and documentation are complete and accurate Enter and maintain work orders within the ERP system (OPTO) with full accuracy Prepare and issue complete job packs for production Verify catalogue items and pricing for contracted clients Manage and track change orders and purchase orders Coordinate with drafting, planning, procurement, and operations to resolve readiness issues Maintain strong version control and documentation compliance About You To succeed in this role you will be highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working across technical and operational teams. You will ideally have: Experience in order processing, production planning, or engineering administration Experience using ERP systems (OPTO or EXO preferred) Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and bills of materials Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Strong communication and coordination skills Experience working in engineering, manufacturing, mining, or industrial environments Why Join ACE Group?
