Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Field Service Technicians and apprentices Plan, schedule, allocate and coordinate labour, parts, tooling and resources Oversee diagnostics, maintenance, repair, and breakdown support activities Ensure all job documentation, QA compliance, WIP and invoicing targets are met Provide accurate job quotations and follow-up with customers Conduct toolbox talks, safety conversations and performance coaching Build strong customer relationships and deliver consistent service excellence Oversee warranty claims, Consite reports and FIR close-outs This role is perfect for someone who can balance technical know-how , leadership capability , and customer service excellence .
