The opportunity Matrix Marine SA Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Boat Builder / Fibreglass Laminator to join our team in Edwardstown, South Australia. As a full-time role, you will play a crucial part in the manufacturing and production of high-quality Ski & Wake Boats. What you'll be doing Skilfully laminate and mould fibreglass components to construct ski & wake boats Undertake detailed work to prepare, fit and assemble various boat parts and fittings Operate specialised machinery and tools to shape, cut and join fibreglass and other materials Maintain a safe and organised work environment Collaborate with the broader production team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of projects Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the manufacturing process What we're looking for Demonstrated experience as a Boat Builder or Fibreglass Laminator Entry level candidates are welcome to apply for this position Strong proficiency in working with gelcoat, fibreglass, including laminating, moulding and finishing techniques Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve production challenges Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team What we offer At Matrix Marine SA, we are committed to fostering a positive & collaborative work environment.
