You’ll work closely with project leaders, and ensure every site is supported with the right people, at the right time. What You’ll Do: Manage end-to-end workforce planning and mobilisation across projects and regions nationwide. Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled project delivery team. Partner with project and operations managers to meet labour and capability needs. Improve recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to drive quality and compliance. Use market insights and data to guide smarter workforce decisions. Ensure cost recovery practices are correctly administered. What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in recruitment, resourcing, or workforce management within civil, bridge, or mining sectors with 5 or more-years experience. Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills. A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for building safe, capable, high-performing teams. Technical & Software Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) – advanced proficiency required. Recruitment and workforce platforms such as Assignar, JobAdder, or similar systems for mobilisation, compliance, and tracking. Ability to interpret and report on workforce data and analytics. Comfortable adopting new digital tools and streamlining processes across teams and regions.
