Why you’ll love this role and what you’ll do: As the Process & Automation Officer, you will play a key role in uplifting Council’s capability in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and the Power Platform. You’ll help teams collaborate better, automate routine work, and use data to make informed decisions — all while ensuring our digital tools are used safely, ethically, and effectively. In This Hands-on Enablement Role, You Will Build and maintain a Platform Enablement Maturity Model to guide measurable uplift. Develop practical frameworks, standards, and guardrails for automation, data, and collaboration. Design and deliver structured training programs, clinics, and coaching sessions. Foster a self service culture through champion networks and Communities of Practice. Deliver small, safe, and reusable automation solutions that support day‑to‑day operations. Ensure benefits realisation by tracking adoption, measuring impact, and reporting to leadership. Work closely with IT, Privacy, Operations, and transformation project teams to ensure alignment. What You’ll Bring/what We Are Looking For Applications are welcomed from candidates who are passionate about community, digital transformation and customer focused service design. We are looking for someone with: Experience implementing and enabling M365, SharePoint, and Power Platform solutions. Capability in designing and delivering training and digital literacy programs. Strong skills in process improvement, change and adoption, and user focused enablement. The ability to develop practical frameworks and repeatable digital patterns. Excellent relationship building and facilitation skills. A passion for helping people build confidence with digital tools. Qualifications in Information Systems, Business, or similar are valued, but extensive experience is also welcome.
