We're a fun, hardworking team dedicated to impacting students' lives through martial arts, and we're looking for the right person to join us and make a difference. Role and responsibilities: We're looking for a friendly and reliable Office Administrator with high-level sales, Apple computer, and customer service skills to support our team and clients. Looking to start Immediately! • Greet all clients and staff on the phone, online or in-person with a warm, friendly manner • Provide friendly customer service to clients and prospects to assist them with any questions • Confidently, efficiently and accurately complete sign-ups of membership agreements • Manage the weekly calendar of appointments and provide details to management for efficient rostering • Manage all ordering, printing and requests • Complete admin tasks including daily team updates, printing, preparing paperwork for gradings, stock monitoring, ordering management and end of day takings The above list is not exhaustive, and the role may change to meet the overall objectives of the club.
