SELECTION CRITERIA Ability to model the Catholic and Ignatian tradition of the College through interactions with students, staff and parents. Appropriate qualifications relevant to school based educational support. Experience and good understanding of effective inclusive education practices. Demonstrated ability to be calm, flexible and adaptable under pressure. Demonstrated collaborative, warm and engaging manner when working with others. Demonstrated respectful and inclusive approach when working with students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Hold Certificate III in Education Support Desirable Certificate IV in Education Support Applicants must actively support and promote the ethos of the College and have all the required accreditation necessary through Catholic Education Western Australia. A current Working with Children card/application and National Police Clearance must be submitted at the time of application.
