Requirements To be considered, applicants must meet the following criteria: Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or a valid visa with work rights in Australia (Visa sponsorship may be considered for exceptional candidates) ACECQA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (ECT) Minimum 1 year full-time (or equivalent) relevant industry experience (Leadership experience highly regarded, e.g. mentoring staff, acting as Responsible Person) Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) HLTAID012 – Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting, including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Up-to-date Child Protection and Safety Training Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and Education and Care Services National Regulations A professional, positive attitude and genuine passion for children’s learning, development, and wellbeing Willingness to undergo a National Police Check (Must have no criminal convictions and not be a prohibited person under the Education and Care Services National Law) Key Skills & Competencies Program Planning & Delivery: Ability to design, implement, and evaluate engaging educational programs aligned with the EYLF or MTOP frameworks . Commitment to reflective practice, continuous improvement, and child safety at all times Compliance & Quality Assurance: Strong working knowledge of NQS, EYLF/MTOP, and National Regulations. Demonstrated ability to uphold and lead compliance standards Communication & Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
