The School Curriculum and Standards Authority (the Authority) is seeking expressions of interest by Friday, 06 March 2026 from suitably qualified and experienced persons to undertake the role of external assessor for the Year 12 ATAR Physical Education Studies school-based practical external assessment (SPEA) to be conducted in Weeks 2 to 8 of Term 3, 2026. Applicants should have experience working in schools with senior students in the practical component of the Physical Education Studies ATAR course. The role of external assessor will provide an excellent opportunity for valuable professional development related to the Year 12 ATAR Physical Education Studies syllabus. Successful applicants will be notified in Week 7 of Term 1. Timetables will be provided to appointed external assessors in Term 2. All external assessors will undertake sport-specific training in Week 1 of Term 3. The External Assessor: Expression of interest form is available below.
