About the Role We are seeking a reliable and organised Operations Assistant to support our logistics operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is flexible to assist with additional shifts when required. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the operations team Process and maintain transport and delivery documentation Coordinate and schedule shipments, deliveries, and pickups Communicate with drivers, suppliers, and customers regarding updates Maintain accurate data entry and record keeping Assist with inventory and stock control documentation Handle general office duties including filing, scanning, and email correspondence Provide coverage for other administrative staff during leave or peak workloads Skills and Experience: Previous administrative experience (logistics or transport industry experience highly regarded) Strong organisational and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems Ability to multitask and adapt in a busy environment How to Apply If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and join a company that values your expertise and commitment, we’d love to hear from you!
