An innovative Federal Government Agency is looking to engage an experienced Solution Architect to work closely with colleagues across all ICT domains. The role requires the Solution Architect to have the ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients and external stakeholders. The Solution Architect will secure a 12-month contract with the view to extend, based in ACT, hybrid working arrangements. The Solution Architect will be responsible for but not limited to; Lead and perform the development of solution architectures and designs Guide solution architectures through decision-making processes Define reference architectures, target architecture and other technical decision-making instruments Contribute to update and improvement of internal ICT processes and governance. Assist security teams in populating risk and compliance artefacts The Solution Architect will have experience in the following: The ability to develop & communicate clear solution designs, options and architectural advice Design experience spanning application, infrastructure and security domains Broad design experience covering solutions based on Microsoft, Linux, Cloud and IaC, The ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly Experience designing integrated solutions that consider resilience, availability, risk and compliance This is an exciting opportunity for a Solution Architect looking to join an innovative Federal Agency.
