DXC ServiceNow is seeking for a dedicated and dynamic Solution Architect to join our growing team. You will design solution maps, keep product demonstrations and materials up to date, and work directly with our Sales and Delivery team. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing solution strategies, architectures, and roadmaps for existing and new DXC ServiceNow clients. This includes making estimates, creating Statements of Work, and other tasks. You will have a thorough understanding of ServiceNow's most recent capabilities, as well as certifications in ITSM, ITBM, HR, along with ITOM, IRM, and SecOps, including complex integrations. You will have a clear advantage if you have over 5 years of industry experience, particularly in ServiceNow Platform licensing and familiarity with sectors such as Banking, Government, Healthcare, and Utilities. Responsibilities: Demonstrate a track record of at least 5 years in ServiceNow Consulting roles. Convey the technical solution strategy and vision effectively to client executives, ensuring alignment with company win themes and unique selling points while meeting client expectations and requisites. Conduct extensive research on industry, market trends, and IT service best practices, utilizing alliances to assess and ensure the alignment of our solutions and services with client needs. Develop and implement business solutions and strategies tailored to assigned customers, leveraging industry expertise to design holistic solutions that encompass both business and technical aspects. Exhibit outstanding communication and presentation abilities, coupled with proficiency in using MS Office tools. Possess expert-level knowledge of end-to-end processes and solution matching using ServiceNow products, with a strong grasp of license models and the ability to articulate and demonstrate the business value of ServiceNow solutions. Exhibit industry-specific knowledge to enhance credibility with potential customers, providing relevant customer stories as proof points. Act as an evangelist for strategic innovation areas within the industry. Showcase flexibility in managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines when necessary. Ideally, possess a robust professional network to enhance your capabilities. Demonstrate the capacity to propose well-formulated, clearly articulated, practical solutions and recommendations for intricate business challenges, effectively conveying these ideas to non-technical audiences. Hold a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Exhibit a broad understanding of digital transformation trends. Display adeptness in active listening skills. Be open to traveling onsite and interstate for customer meetings and demonstrations.
