NV1 Security Clearance Required Permanent Opportunity Canberra-based ICT Services Environment Position Overview An opportunity exists for a Project Manager to join a small, high-performing services team delivering outcomes across a diverse portfolio of clients. Working closely with senior service delivery leaders, this role is responsible for leading the successful delivery of small to mid-sized projects while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships. This is a hands-on role suited to a versatile professional who is comfortable operating across project, program, and portfolio responsibilities and thrives in a dynamic environment. Key Duties Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of small to mid-sized projects Partner closely with senior service delivery leaders to achieve successful service outcomes Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships Facilitate engagement across business and technical stakeholders Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting activities Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies Maintain project governance, documentation, and compliance standards Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within service delivery processes Provide hands-on support across initiatives where required Skills and Experience Required Demonstrated experience delivering projects, programs, or portfolios in client-facing environments Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capability Experience managing multiple small to medium-sized project implementations Ability to operate autonomously within a small team environment Strong organisational skills and commercial awareness Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including reporting Experience working across varied client or organisational environments Adaptable, proactive, and solutions-focused approach Ability to contribute flexibly across tasks to support successful delivery Current NV1 Security Clearance required Application Process If you would like to apply, please contact Emma on 0480 804 or email talentinternational.com
