About the role: We are seeking a capable and organised Office All-rounder person to assist with the day-to-day running of our accounting practice. This is a hands-on support role, ideal for someone who enjoys structure, variety and being involved across admin, compliance and office coordination tasks. The position is based in our Caringbah office and has become available due to internal team growth. You’ll work closely with accountants and admin staff to keep things running smoothly and support both client and internal workflows. Key Responsibilities: This role covers a mix of admin, compliance and team support duties, including: Practice & Compliance Support Handling with ASIC compliance, annual reviews and entity setups Supporting ATO-related tasks such as correspondence and payment arrangements Office & Workflow Support Maintaining accurate client and records in XPM Maintaining internal documents, procedures and meeting preparation Client & Financial Administration Preparing engagement documents and assisting with client lodgements Supporting month-end admin tasks, debtor follow-ups and basic reporting Team Support Providing day-to-day admin support to the team as required Assisting team members during peak periods and periods of leave What we’re looking for Previous experience in an accounting practice in an admin or support role (essential) 2 to 3 years’ experience in office administration, practice support or similar Familiarity with Xero and accounting practice software (XPM, Ignition, SuiteFiles highly regarded) Working knowledge of ASIC and ATO processes Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills A reliable team player who is happy to pitch in where needed Clear communicator who can manage routine deadlines Why join us?
