Job Description Create your best future and join Westpac as a Senior Manager – Change Enablement (12-month fixed-term contract). What’s the role? Reporting to the Change Enablement Lead, the Senior Manager, Change Enablement partners with project and product teams to ensure change across Business and Wealth is sequenced, governed and delivered in a way that protects banker capacity, minimises frontline disruption, and drives strong adoption outcomes. You’ll bring frontline/banker experience in Commercial Banking and/or SME and Small Business Banking, act as a trusted and impartial adviser to these distribution channels, and influence senior stakeholders across business, transformation, operations and risk to deliver aligned outcomes. Key responsibilities Provide strong frontline/banker subject matter expertise and advocacy through deep understanding of banker roles, customer impacts and operating environments (across Business and Wealth). Protect banker capacity by sequencing and prioritising change to reduce disruption and cumulative impact. Oversee a portfolio of change initiative assessing impacts, readiness, and frontline experience to land initiatives efficiently and effectively. Triage change demand and allocate capacity to priority initiatives. Capture and integrate banker and customer feedback into planning and implementation phases in collaboration with initiative owners. Partner with delivery teams to drive change readiness and adoption for complex initiatives, supported by qualitative and quantitative measures. Influence senior leaders across business, transformation, operations and risk to deliver aligned outcomes. Partner with Line 1 and Line 2 Risk to embed controls and manage risk in change in collaboration with initiative owner. Ensure clear and timely communication of change to impacted teams and leadership. What do I need? Strong understanding of banker roles, customer impacts and frontline operating environments in Commercial Banking and/or in SME/Small Business /Virtual Banking). Proven ability to sequence, prioritise and shape change to minimise disruption and cumulative impacts to bankers and customers. Experience with change governance, triaging demand and allocating capacity to priority initiatives. Ability to influence senior leaders across business, transformation, operations and risk. Ability to manage your time and prioritise across a diverse portfolio of initiatives. Demonstrated partnership with delivery to achieve high adoption outcomes for complex change initiatives using qualitative and quantitative measures. Experience partnering with Line 1 and Line 2 Risk on change-related risk. A strong business acumen, coupled with organisational & interpersonal skills Why join us?
