In this newly created role, as a genuine P&C generalist, you will provide strategic and expert advice and deliver initiatives across human resources, organisational development, and learning and development to support the LSA’s strategic objectives. Operating with a high degree of autonomy under broad direction, you will partner with leaders to strengthen organisational capability, manage workforce change, and foster an inclusive and high-performing culture. You will work collaboratively within the People & Culture team and across the LSA to deliver integrated solutions that enhance organisational performance, employee experience and a safe, inclusive and high performing workplace culture. You will also provide high-level HR advice and lead the resolution of sensitive and complex employee relations matters, including performance, conduct, and grievance resolution. The experience we are looking for To be successful in our position you will have: High-level, customer-focussed, interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility and advise senior leaders. Proven experience in delivering strategic and operational HR services, including workforce planning and organisational change. Demonstrated capability in managing complex, sensitive and high-risk employee relations matters with sound judgement and sensitivity. Comprehensive knowledge of employment legislation, industrial instruments, and public sector policy frameworks. Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs and organisational development initiatives.
