We are a Service Brand – not another hotel brand. Guests are the centre of everything we do. The Role We are looking for passionate Mixologist and Bartender to join our Mount Lofty Estate Family. With shifts available in our Hardy's Bar looking after drinks for our guests at High Tea, Martha Hardy's Relaxed Dining Experience and Hardy's Verandah Restaurant premium degustation experience. As well as potential to cross-train in our Piccadilly Conference, Events and Weddings Space. You will be able to further your skills across many different facets within the one department! Your key responsibilities will include: Delivering warm, engaging and personalised service to create memorable guest experiences in line with the standards of Mount Lofty House and Estate Preparing, mixing and presenting classic and signature cocktails, premium spirits, wine and beverages to a consistently high standard Showcasing product knowledge by confidently recommending drinks, pairings and specials to guests Providing table and bar service, including taking orders, serving meals and beverages, and ensuring guest needs are anticipated and met Maintaining an organised, clean and well-presented bar and service area at all times Assisting with stock control, restocking, and minimising waste through correct handling and storage Processing orders and payments accurately using POS systems Working collaboratively with the wider food and beverage team to ensure smooth service during busy periods and events We Are Looking For: - Enthusiastic and charismatic individuals - Exceptional customer service skills - A love for hospitality - Team players with a can-do attitude To be successful in this role, you will bring: A service & customer centric attitude Experience in hospitality, a similar restaurant is preferred Availability to work over 7 days A personable, attentive and vibrant personality Clear communication skills The positions are casual with the opportunity to progress to part time or full time.
