About the role We are seeking a passionate and experienced Barista/Front of house member to join our team at Always Three Providore Pty Ltd in Beulah Park, SA. This Part-Time role is responsible for carrying out the barista role in a high paced environment and the smooth operation of our front-of-house services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. What you'll be doing Working efficiently on the coffee machine Ensuring exceptional customer service by providing hands-on support and guidance to the team Monitoring and ordering stock from suppliers when required Help to resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner Working with the kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless operations Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming front-of-house environment What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience within the hospitality industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service POS (point of sale) experience A positive, customer focused attitude and a passion for the hospitality industry Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong Barista experience About us Always Three Providore is a welcoming local business situated in Beulah Park.
