Synergie Australia is seeking Forklift Operators for a recycling and waste management facility located in Perth – South West . Shift / Hours: Monday to Friday, AM & PM shifts available Pay Rate: Competitive pay with overtime opportunities Start Date: Immediate start What you will be required to do: Join a fast-paced, hands-on recycling team performing physically active tasks to manage and move recyclable waste. Operate forklifts to move, load, and stack recyclable materials efficiently Assist with manual handling and housekeeping tasks including sweeping, shovelling, and tidying work areas Complete daily paperwork and maintain accurate records Communicate with team members via UHF radio or mobile messaging apps Follow all site safety procedures and ensure compliance with operational standards To be successful in the role you will: Hold a valid LF Forklift Licence with at least 2 years of forklift/machinery experience Be physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks, including manual handling Demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, and attention to detail Possess numeracy and literacy skills to complete daily paperwork Have full working rights in Australia Have access to reliable transport to get to the site Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and following site procedures Be able to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol (D&A) test and any required health checks What’s on offer for you: Use your LF Forklift Licence and machinery experience in a hands-on, fast-paced environment Competitive pay with overtime opportunities Ongoing full-time casual role with opportunities to upskill and grow Supportive team environment where reliability and effort are valued Synergie Australia delivers a full 360º recruitment solution, consisting of temporary and permanent recruitment services, and more.
