Storeperson | Welshpool, WA Role Overview: Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, ensuring accurate stock control and efficient movement of parts in and out of the workshop. Key Responsibilities: Manage warehouse operations and stock control Pack, receive, and dispatch orders Load and unload deliveries safely Coordinate pickups and receivals Record stock movements using internal systems Conduct regular stock takes Skills & Requirements: Valid Forklift (LF) licence Current Driver’s Licence Previous warehouse experience preferred Strong understanding of safe manual handling practices Leading Hand – Senior Agricultural Equipment Assembler | Welshpool, WA Role Overview: A hands-on leadership role responsible for leading the workshop team in the assembly and preparation of agricultural machinery, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Lead workshop staff in unpacking, assembly, and preparation of machinery • Work closely with the Workshop Supervisor on workflow and priorities • Maintain high quality and safety standards • Support decision-making, reporting, and team coordination • Assist with warranty repairs and machine upgrades Skills & Requirements: • Proven experience leading teams in mechanical or assembly environments • Strong mechanical aptitude with basic diagnostics and hydraulic/auto-electrical skills • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals • Forklift (LF) licence essential • Dogging (DR) and Rigging (RB) licences are well-regarded (training available) • Minimum C Class Driver’s Licence • Agricultural, welding, fabrication, or painting experience is advantageous • Strong communication skills • Permanent Australian work rights or a valid long-term working visa Senior Agricultural Equipment Assembler | Welshpool, WA Role Overview: A fully hands-on role focused on assembling and preparing agricultural machinery to manufacturer standards. Key Responsibilities • Assist with unpacking containers and assembling machinery • Prepare equipment for delivery • Work safely and efficiently within small teams • Assist with warranty repairs and upgrades when required Skills & Requirements • Practical mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn • Ability to follow OHS procedures and workshop standards • Forklift (LF), Dogging (DR), and Rigging (RB) licences are well regarded (training provided) • C Class Driver’s Licence required • Agricultural equipment experience is advantageous but not essential Truck Driver | Welshpool, WA Role Overview: A hands-on role for a reliable and mechanically minded Truck Driver responsible for the safe operation of heavy vehicles, the transportation of machinery, and the support of workshop operations.
