Our client SODHI FAMILY TRUST is seeking a full-time Facility Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at their farm, ensuring facilities, equipment, and grounds are maintained to a high standard. This hands-on role involves supervising maintenance activities, coordinating contractors, monitoring safety and compliance, managing supplies, and supporting farm operations to run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is practical, reliable, and experienced in facility or site supervision, with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a rural environment. Job Responsibility: · Ensure correct handling of product to meet customers’ requirements including grading, packing, cool chain, hygiene and despatch Duties: · Assess incoming product regarding quality and determine grading resources · Monitor quality of product through various stages in production shed, washing, 1st, 2nd and final grading · Rectify any issues due to mechanical damage / grading quality · Liaise with Harvest Supervisor / Maintenance Manager / Despatch Manager · Ensure all Quality Assurance (QA) records are correct, allowing for complete traceability · Manage correct cool chain when handling and despatch of product · Ensure all personnel are trained and performing as per standard procedure · Ensure all waste products are handled as per standard procedure · Ensure all despatches are as per standard procedure Qualification: · AQF Diploma · 1-2 years of experience in related field Salary: · $70,000 - $85,000 Superannuation Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 28/03/2026
