About The Role As an Enrolled Nurse, you will deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care in line with current professional standards and Mid North Coast Local Health District policies. Working within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to care planning, implementation, and evaluation to achieve positive patient outcomes. You will promote patient safety, quality improvement, and open communication within the ward/unit while supporting a culture of teamwork and clinical excellence. This role operates on a seven-day rotating roster, including night shifts, weekends, public holidays, and on-call. About You You are a dedicated and patient-focused Enrolled Nurse with current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. You demonstrate sound clinical judgement, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
