The Opportunity This role requires a people oriented professional who is a self-starter with a positive, forward thinking and caring attitude. Your day to day will be quite admin heavy and will consists of completing Labour Market Analysis reports for individuals who have been injured and now ready to find new employment. You will need to be confident in your report writing and have a high attention to detail. Contacting prospective businesses to discuss staffing requirements Phone marketing to potential employers to secure job trials Developing local relationships with prospective employers Producing LMA (Labour Market Analysis Reports) on the job market About You 1 years’ experience in a similar role highly regarded Experience in telemarketing or admin highly regarded Police check or willingness to obtain a police check prior to commencement Exceptional time management and attention to detail Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships external/internal Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team – WFH flexibility Confidence over the phone and ability to build strong networks with potential employers Next Steps Opportunities like this won’t stick around long!
