Indigeco is working with a respected NSW Government aligned infrastructure delivery organisation to recruit an Indigenous Identified Contracts Administrator. This is a great opportunity for someone with contract administration experience, or a strong project or site administration background who is keen to step into a contract focused pathway with support and training. WHAT YOU WILL DO Administer subcontractor agreements and supporting documentation to ensure contractual and legislative compliance Review and assess subcontractor payment claims in collaboration with Project Managers, Engineers and Supervisors Support cost allocation, cost tracking and forecasting to maintain accurate project financials Assist with variations, delays, and contractual claims to achieve best outcomes within head contract obligations Support procurement activities including RFQs, tender comparisons, and award recommendations in line with the Procurement Plan Assist with head contract progress claims, ensuring supporting evidence is accurate and submitted on time Monitor subcontractor performance, follow up documentation, and support continuous improvements to commercial processes. WHAT YOU NEED You identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander. Experience in contracts administration within construction, infrastructure, or a similar environment Strong administration and coordination experience, including exposure to financial reporting, cost tracking or budgeting Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities to deadlines Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret contract documentation and supporting evidence Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Law, or Business/Commerce will be advantageous WHAT YOU GET A competitive annual salary of $80K - $90K Super Career development and a supported pathway into contract administration and commercial work.
