We are partnering with a highly respected, multi-award-winning salon in Sydney’s North-West to recruit a standout Reception & Administration Manager to become the true centre of front-of-house and operational coordination. Key Responsibilities: Managing incoming calls, emails and social media enquiries Greeting clients warmly and managing seamless check-in and check-out Handling payments, gift vouchers and daily balancing Managing sensitive conversations with confidence and professionalism Proactively managing a busy appointment book Coordinating scheduling to ensure smooth daily flow Managing inbox communications efficiently Maintaining accurate and detailed client records Supporting retail ordering coordination Assisting with reporting and documentation Helping refine and document internal systems and processes About you: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, OneDrive and Dropbox High attention to detail Emotional maturity and calm under pressure Warm yet professional communication style Reliability and consistency A desire for long-term stability, not a short-term stop Work Hours: Tuesday: 8:30am – 7:00pm Wednesday: 11:30am – 7:00pm Thursday: 8:30am – 7:00pm Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm There is flexibility to increase to 5 days for the right person , particularly as the business continues to grow and expand into a new clinic offering.
