Why This Role Matters Due to continued business growth, we’re looking for a full‑time Project Coordinator to join Savills Project Management team in NSW. In this role, you’ll provide vital administrative support and coordination across the team, becoming an integral part of a high‑performing and supportive group. This position is ideal for an experienced Administrator or Project Coordinator who is eager to further develop their career in the construction and property industry while working with a well‑established and collaborative team. This role will require your presence in the Sydney CBD office and on site. What You’ll be Doing Providing timely and quality administrative services to the NSW Project Management division Preparing project material in line with division protocols Supporting design, construction and handover activities and administration Administration of consultant and construction contracts Monitoring and maintaining contract and project compliance Supporting across procurement, invoicing and tracking project budgets Liaising with head contractors, subcontractors and client stakeholders as required Collating information to assist with the preparation of business activity reports What You’ll Bring Previous Coordination or Administration experience in Project Management or Construction Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook Exemplary written and verbal communication and customer service skills Exceptional organisational skills and professional presentation A team-oriented approach and proactive work ethic Able to work independently and demonstrate initiative to drive personal productivity Why Savills is a Great Place to Work At Savills, we believe in helping people thrive through places and spaces, and that starts with our own team.
