The Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join our Ingham office in a part-time or full-time capacity. This position is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual seeking to further develop their career within a dynamic and supportive environment. You will play an integral role in the success of our office, through your proactivity, strong work ethic and team approach. You take pride in delivering high-quality work and providing exceptional support to both our lawyers and clients alike. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to lawyers and paralegals on client matters in the areas of conveyancing, general property, estate planning and estate administration. Administrative task such as phone calls, email correspondence, managing calendars and scheduling appointments. Communicate with clients and third parties to provide updates and address inquiries. Conduct simple legal research and gather information from various sources. Maintaining and updating client files and records, ensuring all information is accurate, organised, up-to-date and securely stored. About You Experience working in a professional office environment. Competent is using Microsoft Office suite. Exceptional organisational and time management skills. A strong client service focus. A team player who can work independently.
