About the role Montier Health is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse with a special interest in gastrointestinal and Women's Health to join our team. A part-time opportunity exists for a passionate and dedicated nurse to make a real difference in the lives of our patients. This role will be based at Benowa. What you'll be doing Working across Women's Health, General Practice and Bowel Diagnostics & Therapy you will be assisting in the initial assessment of various patients with gastrointestinal and women's health symptoms. This role plays a pivotal part in our patient’s journey through; Nurse led consultations and in room diagnostic testing across women's health and bowel diagnostics. Actively participating in the continuous quality improvement of our practice's nursing services Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines Providing patient education and support, empowering them to take an active role in their health and wellbeing What we're looking for Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Practice Nurse or in a similar role within a primary healthcare setting Demonstrated expertise and interest in gastrointestinal health, with a strong understanding of related conditions, treatments, and patient education Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Proficient in using clinical software and electronic medical records systems Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centred care and a commitment to continuous professional development Computer savvy and familiar with various clinical software.
