Essential Coffee is seeking an energetic Warehouse & Internal Sales person to join our team full-time in Bibra Lake . This role involves working with a small but professional team that believe the workplace should be a place where you look forward to coming each day. This is a hands-on position combining warehouse operations with internal sales support. You will assist with customer enquiries, process and dispatch orders, manage stock, and help ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations. Full-Time Position Monday – Friday Internal Sales & Administration Taking incoming phone calls and assisting customers with machine, product and service enquiries Processing customer orders and coordinating dispatch Supporting internal sales activities Assisting with general administrative duties as required Maintaining the presentation of the office and showroom Other duties as reasonably requested Warehouse Responsibilities Procurement – ordering stock Stock management – maintaining efficient stock levels Picking and packing orders Receiving and dispatching goods Forklift operation Other ad-hoc warehouse duties as required ABOUT YOU What we are looking for: Someone with a warehouse background and a sales support focus, who is motivated to take ownership of the warehouse and internal sales processes and make the role their own. The ideal candidate: Reliable, trustworthy, personable and hardworking Highly organised with strong initiative Proactive and always looking for ways to improve processes Strong time management, flexibility and multitasking abilities Physically capable of manual handling tasks, including lifting Computer literate, with basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Experience with Xero, Unleashed or similar systems preferred but not essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional and confident when dealing with customers Previous experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment preferred but not essential Forklift ticket preferred but not essential Current Australian Driver’s Licence (essential) Current Australian Police Check or willing to obtain one Full working rights in Australia with no restrictions If you believe you are the right person for this role and can competently fulfil the duties outlined above, we want to hear from you.
