THE OPPORTUNITY This firm’s Queensland executive leadership team is seeking an accomplished senior accounting professional to join their team, to manage and grow one of their North QLD regional offices. The role involves working with long-term clients including SMEs, large multifaceted companies across many sectors including rural, manufacturing and mining. As the location Manager, you will manage your own office, lead a team and be part of a larger network of firms. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the regional city office – clients and stakeholders Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals 10 Oversee complex financial matters for client portfolios Foster client relationships and ensure high-quality service Play a strategic role in business development and client acquisition Prepare for Partner-level responsibilities and contribute to the firm's growth EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Over 8 years’ experience - tax /business services management in a CA or CPA firm preferably with a 1st , mid-tier or large firm.
