Global Market Leader in Forklifts & Material Handling Equipment Friendly Team Environment | Based in Moorebank, NSW Permanent Full Time Position - Mon to Fri About the role: The End User Computer Engineer is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and management of TMHA’s Standard Operating Environment, Business and Desktop Applications and endpoint management tools, ensuring enterprise wide services, extended across multiple platforms and tools. This role will work out of our head office in Moorebank, NSW 2170 . This is a permanent full-time position, requiring on-site presence 5 days per week. Key responsibilities: Implement best practices for configuration, administration, and support of Microsoft Endpoint Manager Application packaging of TMHA business applications Requirements Gathering, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, deployment, maintaining/ verification of applications Scripting relating to SOE/Application deployment in PowerShell, and WMI languages as required. Patching and compliance of operating systems and applications. Provide troubleshooting in upgrading and configuration of Microsoft Endpoint Manager; diagnose Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Intune deployment issues (defects, errors, inconsistencies in system function, outputs, etc.) and perform root cause analyses Work with TMHA’s business units to identify and resolve problems and/or deficiencies with applications Streamlines existing deployment processes for efficiency improvements Provide escalation support to the helpdesk Qualifications & Experience: Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering/IT Experience in a similiar role working in a lage, complex organisation Knowledge and demonstrated technical proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM and Intune), including Windows Defender, preferably in medium to large environments. Knowledge and experience in scripting with PowerShell and WMI. Experience implementing/managing workstation and server management platforms, OS Image deployment and maintenance, software and patch deployment. Experience in Active Directory, Group Policies, WSUS, VCenter, Azure Active Directory and Azure Experience in the management of IOS and Android endpoints Experience in the management of Windows operating systems Strong documentation/communication skills Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work, collaborate and communicate within a team Our Commitment TMHA is committed to the ongoing growth and development of its employees.
