Why you’ll love this role • Part-time hours with genuine flexibility (ideal for 2–4 days per week) • Work from home combined with local, planned client visits • A manageable, sustainable caseload • Less hands-on clinical work, more clinical reasoning and impact • Innovative technology that reduces admin and supports better outcomes • Supportive, collaborative team culture with strong leadership About the role In this role, you will: • Work with a diverse range of customers including Workers Compensation, CTP, Life Insurance, Disability, Corporate and Government • Assess the treatment and rehabilitation needs of clients with work-related and non-work-related injuries or illness • Conduct assessments including Initial, Workplace and Activities of Daily Living assessments • Use your specialist OT knowledge to support return-to-work and meaningful participation in life roles • Manage a moderate caseload with presentations ranging from moderate to complex • Build strong relationships with clients, insurers, employers, and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes About us Perceptive Health supports clients across metropolitan, regional, and rural Australia through a combination of in-person and telehealth rehabilitation services.
