Description Run end to end payroll for around 700 employees Maintain payroll systems (Aurion Tanda), ensuring data is correct and up to date Complete regular checks and reconciliations to keep payroll accurate and compliant with legislation Prepare payroll reports for Finance and leadership teams Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes to contracts or duties, and terminations Provide clear advice on pay, leave, entitlements, and agreement interpretations Improve payroll processes, contributing to system enhancements, automation, and best‑practice operations Profile A successful Senior Payroll Coordinator should have: Extensive end‑to‑end payroll experience in a large organisation.
