As Spa Therapist, you will be performing professional spa and beauty treatments with care in this idyllic setting, featuring 8 spacious treatment rooms and 4 couple suites, all with tropical courtyard views, setting up the guest experience for success. Provide 5-star guest experiences, performing treatments including facials, full body massage, and body treatments, exclusively using our Australian product partner iKou’s organic products and treatments Create bespoke and unforgettable guest experiences within a supportive and collaborative team Adhere to spa processes and procedures Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products and treatments available, making recommendations to guests to meet their needs Knowledgeable on up selling our products More about you Certificate III or higher in Beauty Therapy or Massage Recent experience in a Beauty Therapy or Massage position Experience in a 5-star spa setting is beneficial Excellent communication and time management skills Available to work over a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays The application period will close on 26/03/2026, unless a suitably qualified candidate is identified sooner.
