Prepare and cook high-quality restaurant meals and pizzas using traditional techniques and fresh ingredients Prepare dough, sauces, and toppings following traditional Italian recipes Hand‑stretch dough, top, and cook pizzas to perfection Strong understanding of Italian cuisine with a passion for cooking with fresh ingredients to create authentic flavours Maintain high standards of food presentation and kitchen cleanliness Manage stock, rotate ingredients, and minimise waste Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality Collaborate with and assist kitchen team members More about you 1-2 years' experience working as a pizza chef or in an Italian Restaurant Diploma in Professional Cookery, or equivalent Food Safety Supervisor certificate is beneficial Ability to work a variety of shifts over a 7-day-a-week roster The application period will close on 15/3/2026, unless a suitably qualified candidate is identified sooner.
