Job Description Create your best future and join Westpac as a Senior Relationship Manager. What’s the role? You’ll step into a property focused Senior Relationship Manager role where you’ll work closely with commercial property investors and developers across the Northern Territory. You’ll look after an established portfolio of customers, nurture those relationships, and spot new opportunities to help them grow. You’ll also build out the portfolio further, sourcing new clients through your own networks and the profile of the Westpac brand. This is a full-time role based in Darwin on Garamilla, Larrakia Country. It’s a high touch, people centred role where you’ll collaborate with specialists across the bank to create standout customer experiences. What do I need? • Confidence structuring construction and investment lending transactions • Strong commercial lending capability including cashflow lending and credit analysis • A genuine interest in the property sector • Ability to build and grow a sustainable portfolio across existing and new customers • A strong network of referral sources and a proven approach to business development Why join us?
