Lead the team by example with a hands-on approach Oversee day-to-day bar and restaurant management Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards for food and beverage operations Train and develop team members Monitor weekly inventory and handle F&B marketing/promotions More about you Previous experience in managing a bar or restaurant Knowledge of licensed premises management requirements Extensive understanding of liquor, bartending, and service protocols Knowledge of HACCP requirements Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and Responsible Service of Gambling certificate Able to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays The application period will close on 15/03/2026, unless a suitably qualified candidate is identified sooner.
