What you'll contribute to Internal Audit provides independent and objective assurance and advisory services to the TFA Audit Committee (“AC”) and the Board, designed to add value and improve the operations of TFAL. It assists TFA in accomplishing its objectives by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes within the organisation; It carries out reviews based on the approved plan and reports to the AC; and The purpose of Internal Audit is to enhance and protect the organisational value by providing risk-based and objective assurance, advice, insight, and foresight. How you'll make an impact The Senior Internal Auditor is primarily responsible for supporting the delivery of Internal Audit (IA) services inline with the IA Charter, policies, and procedures under the guidance of Internal Audit Managers and the Head of IA. This role assists in executing audits, SOX testing, reporting, and continuous improvement of the IA function through operational excellence, effective stakeholder management, and the Toyota Way Support execution of assigned Audit / SOX / other ad hoc reviews end-to-end effectively and within timelines Draft quality IA reports with value-adding insights, issues, and recommendations Deliver TeamMate workpapers which are succinct, easy to follow, and contain the right amount of information to support conclusions and re-performance / QA Support departmental reporting, monitoring of business remediation, and other team members as required Contribute to IA strategic planning and risk sensing for the assigned business areas Contribute to IA kaizen e.g., audit methodology and SOP, systems usage and automation, team learning of emerging trends, innovation, and risks Your attributes Bachelor degree Familiarity with risk-based audit methodology Financial Services industry highly regarded Superior report writing skills Superior communication and presentation skills Knowledge of TFA products, systems and processes Excellent analytical skills and kaizen mindset Advantageous ACL / Advanced Excel / SQL know-how CISA / IT Auditing experience FS regulatory and auditing standards knowledge Life at Toyota & What we offer you We pride ourselves on a work culture that supports and rewards people.
