Your tasks Join Our Team - Let's Create Impact Oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets and bank reconciliation. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. Ensure optimal cash flow and financial planning in-line to utilization of resources. Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to regulatory requirements. Ensure all insurances are established and maintained in co-operation with central functions within the Melitta Group. Ensure compliance with Australian and IFRS Accounting Standards. Ensure alignment of billing processes with company policies and customer agreements. Oversee billing processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing. Oversee billing enquires with customers are addressed to salesperson promptly. Facilitate effective communication between the billing team and other departments to resolve discrepancies and enhance customer satisfaction. Lead and develop the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Lead budgeting and forecasting process together with controlling strategic insights to Managing Director. Implement, monitor and maintain robust internal controls. Reports to: Managing Director [ Australia] and functionally to Group CFO. Drive digital transformation and process automation within finance and administration. Your profile We're Looking for someone who: Maintain strong relationships with non-financial stakeholders Excellent written and communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Proficient knowledge of SAP (R/3 modules FI, MM and SD) Outstanding time-management and reliability skills Strong commercial and personal ethics Degree in Accounting CA or CPA qualified Proven work experience All applicants are required to provide proof of their Right to Work in Australia.
