An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Bookkeeper to join a well-established property development company in Teneriffe. Specialising in both residential and commercial developments, the business manages large-scale projects and significant financial transactions, offering exposure to a dynamic and professional development environment. This is a part-time role (3 days per week) with flexible working hours, ideal for someone seeking work-life balance while maintaining a meaningful finance career. You will work closely with and receive support from a Senior Finance Manager, allowing you to operate with confidence while still having guidance when needed. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping including accounts payable and receivable Process invoices, reconciliations, and financial transactions across multiple development projects Monitor cash flow and assist with reporting for large project expenditures Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company processes Support the Senior Finance Manager with finance administration and reporting About You Previous bookkeeping experience, ideally within property, construction, or development Experience using Xero Comfortable managing large financial transactions with high attention to detail Highly organised with the ability to work independently across priorities Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach What’s on Offer Up to $85,000 Super (pro rata) 3-day flexible work week Modern office located in Teneriffe, close to cafés, restaurants, and transport Support and mentorship from a Senior Finance Manager Opportunity to contribute to a growing property development business delivering high-quality projects If you are an experienced Bookkeeper looking for a flexible, part-time role within property development, we would love to hear from you.
