We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper who is comfortable working across multiple entities to support the delivery of accurate services for ASX‑listed and unlisted public clients on a part‑time basis (25 hours per week). Client Details Our client is a corporate services firm based in Perth's central suburbs, known for delivering high‑quality bookkeeping, accounting, and governance support to a diverse portfolio of ASX‑listed and privately held organisations. Description Accounting Systems & Processes Implement accounting processes and internal control systems Support the transition to new accounting systems Maintain the chart of accounts Maintain the accounting system, including general ledger oversight Electronic scanning and organisation of accounting records Maintain orderly, electronic accounting books and records Accounts Payable & Receivable Manage creditor payment runs Sales invoicing and debtor collection Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts Payroll & Compliance Secure and confidential payroll processing and reporting Superannuation payments and SuperStream reporting BAS/GST preparation and lodgement PAYG reporting and lodgement Preparation of payment summaries Complex Transactions FX transaction management Intercompany loan accounting and reconciliations Profile The ideal Bookkeeper: Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first mindset Strong bookkeeping ability through to trial balance Proven experience with FX and inter-company loan processes High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach Experience using MYOB and Xero Job Offer 25-hour week (5 hours/day across 5 days) Flexible hours - perfect for parents, or anyone seeking work-life balance without compromising on career progression.
