About the Role: As our Dual-Site Centre Manager, you will lead both centres with a unified vision while honouring their individual identities. Operating from 6:30am to 6:30 pm , our services offer nurturing environments with natural play spaces, open-plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. Thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor learning areas provide inspiring spaces where children explore, grow and thrive. You will: Lead with kindness, inclusivity and a strong commitment to quality care Inspire and mentor two dedicated educator teams Build meaningful, lasting relationships with families across both centres Foster collaboration and consistency between the 64-place and 34-place services Empower educators to nurture children’s independence and curiosity Drive operational excellence while maintaining a joyful and supportive culture This role is ideal for an experienced Centre Manager ready to broaden their leadership impact while still enjoying close knit teams and strong community connection.
