Working closely with the Office Services Manager and the Client Services Coordinator, this role involves providing excellent stakeholder service and coordinating the operational effectiveness of our Sydney office! In this role, you will help grow and enhance the office space experience ensuring client and guest needs are met and events are delivered at the highest level. This role suits a bright, energetic person who enjoys contributing ideas and bringing momentum to a team! As the Office Services Coordinator every day is different! You'll make an impact by: Managing all back of house facilities including meeting rooms, kitchen and break out areas Maintaining stock levels of stationery, printing and kitchen supplies and ordering when required Coordinating site access compliance, including programming of access cards, printers, and lockers Overseeing incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and archiving processes Preparing new employee welcome packs to facilitate a best-in-class onboarding experience for all new hires Collaborating with the national Office Services team to coordinate office wide events and activities that align with Urbis initiatives Organising and delivering catering as required Adhering to all WH&S policies and procedures, reporting any identified hazards and incidents and contributing to the continuous improvement of Urbis Group WH&S practices About You: Demonstrated prior experience working in a concierge or corporate office environment Demonstrated event planning and management experience delivering exceptional events and activities Competent in the use of Microsoft office suite (particularly Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel) Comprehensive knowledge, awareness and implementation of Occupational Health & Safety requirements RSA / Food Safety Training highly regarded Why Urbis?
