Requirements and Role Expectations Clinical Practice: Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for Mental Health and Drug & Alcohol patients. Professional Registration: Must hold current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Compliance & Safety: Must possess a current Working with Children Check, Police Check, and a valid driver’s license. Health Standards: Evidence of Category A immunizations (including COVID-19) and a serology report are mandatory. Governance: Demonstrated understanding of clinical governance, quality improvement principles, and accreditation standards.
